Description

Soylent Mac – this photo is two clones, to keep this strain going. The one on the left 2 months, it’s been topped and the one on the right is 1 month untopped.  I’ve had good results with these indoor. Regular Seeds:     I am releasing this strain for nostalgia purposes as I found a box of my original mixes of seeds (photo shown of containers in a box) and this one was my best accomplishment as a breeder. This seed is near and dear and it’s a little bit difficult to get a good plant, so only get this one if you like a challenge. The yield is medium but the density and terps are worth it. It’s so sticky it’s hard to trim. It took me two years to even get a seed from the original Mac Cowboy Cut strain. I originally picked it up in Oakland and had a tent full of a variety of plants and then at night i was looking at my plants with a flash light and saw these Snowballs in the midst of large dark leaves. I didn’t even try to harvest that plant in 2020, but started revegging it right away. It took a year to get clones and every time I tried to breed with it, zero, zilch. Finally I got some seeds when I mixed it with this Slurricane x OGK cross. These are not exact but actually grow a little better than the Mac in my opinion in that it’s not as bushy on the inside. Warning, not all the seeds pop and the plants that are produced may vary in character, but if you pull off a solid then it’s a winner. I popped some seeds as you can tell from the photo only have of them sprouted after 3 days. I’ll move those to dirt and let the remaining seed sit for a few more days.

I will include double or triple the seeds with this order since I’m hitting 50% on this one. I will try and make an F2 with the clone I still have growing. More pics to follow and this will only be available for a limited time. I don’t want to sell too many of a plant that isn’t popping closer to 100% of the seeds, I am describing it as experimental-but worth it.  The challenge is what kept me going on this strain. Sure I could’ve just kept growing the Mac, but I read that it was very difficult to cross this strain.

I will include a sample of at least 2 other strains with this order. These are Regular seeds.  I added a couple pics of the last one of these I harvested and this strain is represented in a few other mixes I will release soon.

Here are some pics of currently growing soylent macs. The short one was recently topped, to keep it short in the 2 gallon container. The larger ones are yellowing, but I only have them in 2-3 gallon containers and I need to upsoil them to 5-gallon before flowering (I may not even be able to flower them because I am reducing my growing of finished plants, I just can’t give them what they need all the way to the finish. Breeding is more my skill so I am going to try and make a feminized seed for this strain next. I am not the best grower and these plants are somewhat forgivable once you have the right pheno. I will also attach a picture of a young clone.   The last photo is a picture of the Mother – I labeled it Mac – M originally from Harborside in Oakland and I don’t know the original breeder. I keep it around for genetics, but don’t grow it any longer since I this Soylent Mac.
