Refund Policy
If Order Arrives Damaged
If your fulfilled order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us right away informing us of your damaged package and we will be more than happy to help rectify the situation.
If your Clones are Dead on Arrival, we may send replacements if proof is provided within 24 hours of delivery. Although We will replace dead / severely damaged clones.
* we cannot issue any refunds after your order has been placed.

Returns / Exchanges
Because we deal with Clones, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. Once items have left our office, we simply cannot re-sell them. Therefore, we do not offer returns for any reason.
