Standard Domestic Shipping is included in the listed price. We will be shipping out from a Los Angeles/Hollywood Post Office and our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Flat Rate (2-Day) Delivery, which is included in the total price of the listing, which typically takes 4 days to actually arrive regardless of destination.

In our experience, this has been more than sufficient for mailing live plants across the country using our packaging methods. We typically send our parcels out the next business day after we confirm your payment and provide you with tracking information as soon as we have it. Additionally, we monitor every shipment we send out via a live tracking service and we will give you updates on the status of your shipment every step of the way so be sure to check your Strainly Inbox regularly.

Please note that we will only replace a plant if it is dead on arrival or unviable for any reason due to the condition of the plant when it is delivered to you there are hundreds of variables that can go wrong when shipping live plants across the country and we would appreciate your understanding of this if something does go wrong since we have no control once the box has left our hands.  

2 Day Delivery/Express Delivery from USPS isn't cost-effective as the parcel will arrive within the same timeframe as the parcel sent via Priority. That said if it would give you peace of mind for us to send it with Express/Next Day Air shipping please include an extra $75 in your payment to cover the costs. We will choose the fastest option available that doesn't go over budget (some overnight shipments cost 100+ to ship).
